The ice cream that I bought was delicious (Mango & Caramel are surprisingly good together), but my friend's was almost definitely made with spoiled milk. She has been going there for years and she always gets the same flavor, so this wasn't how the flavor was supposed to be. Some employees must be careless if they used spoiled milk, but I don't think it was the company itself.

Workers very unprofessional, not friendly at all, and suck at customer service. Ice cream was good somehow despite their neglect for treating customers with respect.

I love ice cream! Marble slab is better than Cold Stone in my opinion.

Pretty good. It's crafty ice cream with a lot of add ons. Hot fudge sundae with no frills was excellent. A little pricey. Staff was great.

Way expensive. Two single scoups 12 bucks. Had better icecream from Publix. Service okay.

My kids like the ice cream there but are not willing to go back because of the service. In the past two visits, we ran into the same girl who was not friendly at all. The owner should educate the staff about providing a better service.

Very unsanitary! We watched them pull a topping container out of the fridge, place it on the slab to refill the topping jars. Without cleaning the slab, they then slapped a chunk of ice cream on it, right where the container’s dirty bottom had been.

Showed up 15 minutes before closing and they locked the door as we were getting out of the vehicle (they saw us). Rude. I think they are confused on how a business works...

We had a great time , the icecream was very good !! Can't wait to go back !!

The staff were great! The carrot cake ice cream was dreamy.

I had the worst service!! The girl serving us was obviously in a terrible mood. And to make it worse my milkshake was extremely watery and tasted like old strawberries.

I asked a worker about the sizes and the response I get is “one is bigger and the other is smaller” therefore he was being short with me and very unprofessional. Out next incident with the same man he had been talking to my friend and he was referring to boyfriend and I and he says “I don’t know what that guys problem is with the ugly girlfriend” The worker had called me ugly. The workers here are very disrespectful. I will never go here ever again.

Staff is so friendly, even close to closing time. Unicorn shake is amazing and worth the diabetus lol

Ice cream was ok but the customer service not so much. Didn't get what I asked for and the person behind the counter gave the impression she couldnt be bothered.

My son had I had a great time, service was fast and polite... while you are paying for ice cream they are already helping next customer. Their screen flips to you, have to see it to get it:)

Tough to find but great ice cream

Ice cream was the bomb, but the dining area and restroom was gross.

Entire time I was there, one employee was preparing food with his mask around his chin, while Mt. Pleasant has a mandate against this

Extremely good ice cream and very friendly and helpful staff. They can make just about any ice cream you like with just about any toppings you wish. It's like you are Aladdin and you found the magic ice cream genie lamp. Now, name your three dessert wishes. 😂 You can get sundaes, shakes, specialty items and more. Good prices and you can try samples to find just the right one. Excellent stop for families too.

Decent icecream with unlimited toppings but a little pricey. The menu, if you're trying to figure out prices, is somewhat confusing.

Just tried to go here for a quick snack with my significant other at 1230. Light and signs are on but door is locked. Called and someone picked up and confirmed that their hours have not changed, still opem at noon then hung up. Will not be coming back.

Amazing staff and great ice cream

Good icecream. Quick service. Employees are kind of in their own world.

The staff was great offering suggestions and letting us sample their ice cream. We liked it so much, went back the next day for our after dinner treat. Look forward to going back to Mount Pleasent and visiting there again.

The staff is super friendly especially towards closing time and the place is very clean. I enjoy the environment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a sweet treat. :)

It wasn't too busy that day. The server was friendly. My ice cream was good, but it can get kind of expensive. The downside is it's in an odd location, then again it's an odd shopping area in general that can be confusing.

What a rip!! Paid $15 for 2 LEVEL cups of ice cream...

In all honesty, I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The establishment claims to close at 10 pm, but as I tried to walk through the doors at 9:30, the doors were locked and the lady running this "fine" establishment ducked behind the counter until she thought I was gone. All I wanted was some ice cream for my sick grandmother, but no, closing 30 minutes before your scheduled time is more important. Good to know that they DON'T care about good customer service. They also left trash outside of the front door on the pavement, me having to step OVER the nasty smelling trash and wheel my grandmother around it, just to get ignored. They close in several minutes and all employees are already gone. What a great place! If I could give this place ZERO starts, I would. :)

They mix in your "toppings" on a cold slab of marble. Good ice cream cost $$$

The manger scolded an employee for not working fast enough in front of a packed store and it made us feel really uncomfortable. I know the employee was embarrassed. There is a lot of variety for toppings and the ice cream is decent.

Very good but they used same spoon for sprinkles and butterfinger without washing it or anything. Could ruin someone's day with that mistake.

They really have great ice cream. I like that you can get all of the toppings you want at no additional charge.

Please read- the ice cream is great and pretty expensive, but you do get as many free toppings as you want. I have been here five times and three times the workers got my order wrong and seemed mad at Me when I politely asked for what I wanted. One of the other times it said sorry we will be back at 7 and I waited until 7:45 and nobody came. Decent ice cream but bad service

When we walked in we were not greeted and they just looked at us. They were also not friendly at all. It seems like they need some adult leadership instead of just young ones running it. Ice cream was very good otherwise.

Ice cream is great but they need to work on educating their staff on whatever special they are doing at the moment.Its annoying to have to explain to the people behind the counter what their signs say becaus they dont know.

I come to this ice cream shop with my kids a few times ice cream is pretty good while staff is not also friendly who had give it a 5 star if the staff was kinder
